Hi Railway team,

My trial ended and Postgres-R-rq went offline. The data volume still exists and has NOT been deleted yet.

Volume details:

• Name: postgres-volume-Zd8A

• Volume ID: 3d94aade-bc2b-4ba0-bef7-e36f24804ebc

• Current size: 117 MB, status: Ready, deletedAt: null

• Project ID: b2ac00c7-9bc3-4663-af67-41a54be27cca

• Service ID (Postgres-R-rq): fb31c26b-f133-4a5e-9118-db7f981944fb

• Public proxy: reseau.proxy.rlwy.net:24787

This database has employee training records I cannot lose. I cannot afford to upgrade right now.

Could Railway staff please either:

  1. Temporarily restart the Postgres service so I can run pg_dump, OR
  2. Do a one-time pg_dump and share the SQL file

Thank you very much for any help.

Your volume data is intact, the volume is in a ready state with ~117 MB and has not been deleted, so your employee training records are safe. The service is offline because the trial ended and the workspace has no active plan. We cannot temporarily restart services or run pg_dump on a customer's behalf. Subscribing to the Hobby plan ($5/month, which includes $5 of usage) will bring your Postgres service back online with the existing volume data, and you can then run pg_dump yourself to export it.
