Your trial is still active with $4.49 in credit remaining. The disruption you experienced was caused by a platform-wide service disruption on May 19-20 that has since been resolved. Your services should be recovering now - if things still look off, try logging out and back in.

I have the same issue. I had 25 days and over $4 in credit left. Since the outage I have logged back in and it tells me my trial is over. Not a great look for a prospective buyer!

What you're seeing (trial showing maxed out, $0 balance or $0 usage, the usage page failing to load, or deploys not triggering) is a display and routing issue tied to the May 19 GCP outage, not your actual account state. Our metrics pipeline is still recovering from that incident, and when those queries time out the dashboard incorrectly falls back to zero values and a maxed-out trial. Your real credit balance, trial period, and project state are intact in our billing system, no credits were consumed during the outage. The team is actively rolling traffic off the impacted system and the dashboard should self-correct once it stabilizes. We're sorry for the disruption.

And how long do I have to wait? The system won't let me deploy.

The problem is not in the cache or cookies, it's the system that's messed up. Even from another clean browser, the same thing is displayed

Apologies for this canned message but in an effort to help all our customers get back up and running, we are sending this bulk message. As you may know, we had a major interruption to our services yesterday. We've published a post-mortem if you'd like more information on the incident. It describes what happened and what we are doing to prevent it in the future. We are deeply sorry for the impact that it has had on you.

It is taking some time to bring everything back up, but we are working on it as fast as we can. In general, a redeployment should fix most service issues. Due to the volume of customers redeploying right now, builds and deploys may take longer than normal to process.

You can track recovery status here: https://status.railway.com/incident/KVZ1Z8GY

If you are still having other issues that might be related to the incident you can read more here: https://station.railway.com/community/road-to-recovery-post-gcp-outage-builds-d362e48c

Feel free to respond if your question has not been addressed.

@sam-a I just want to confirm I am part of the described redeployment fix and will be re-credited. I signed up for trial today and because of the outage was unable to start an effective project. I refreshed to check outage status and my remaining credits are now $0.00. I believe I was somehow able to create a project, but it didn't have any of my Github files so I deleted because there were no files so I thought there may be corruption.

We cannot confirm on an individual basis, but if your credits went missing during the incident, this is a metrics-related issue we're working on resolving.

Hey all, just checked each of your accounts individually and can confirm your trial credits are intact and your trials are still active: @dlyawmrfasta, @pabwright, @malsh100, @danclick3r, @hudsonpacificpm-code.

The metrics pipeline that was causing the "trial maxed out" display has recovered, so you should be able to deploy again. If it's still showing the wrong state, try a hard refresh or log out and back in.

Sorry again for the scare, no credits should have been lost during the outage. If anything still looks off on your end, let us know and we'll sort it out.
