Hello - I've searched on here and came across a similar question about the transition from the trial with $5 credit and moving to the free plan with $1 credit. I'm not getting an option to 'downgrade' in my workspace, only upgrade to the hobby or pro plans. I've had an email explaining my application will be paused.

If possible I'd like to avoid having to redeploy my app, is there any way to do this?
