Trial time consumed during Platform Outage

Hello Railway team,

my trial credits were consumed during the platform-wide outage on May 19-20, 2026 caused by Google Cloud suspending your account. I had only used 3 days of my 30-day trial with €4.70 remaining when my credits were exhausted — likely due to repeated container restarts during the incident recovery.

Could you please restore my trial period or add credits to compensate for the outage? I had no control over this situation and was affected by your infrastructure incident.

Your workspace was affected by the May 19 platform outage, which caused some trial workspaces to be flipped to an inactive state. Your credit balance actually still shows $5.00 with only $0.39 in total usage, so your credits were not consumed. Please try logging out and back in (or doing a hard refresh) to see if your trial state recovers. If it still shows as inactive after that, let us know and we will look into it further.
