Yes, on paid plan it deploys as expected.
And, this is not the only template I have seen the dehavior with (on this trial user)

freshly created trial accounts have a chance to be limited until you upgrade to a paid plan, for the sole purpose of helping you do the videos I have removed that limitation permanently from your trail account.

please communicate to your user base that if they are on a limited trial there is only one solution for them and that is to upgrade to a paid plan.
