We are having problems with the speeds of our applications. They have been very slow since yesterday and we are having problems with our customers.
Some of our services were moved to metal beta servers/regions. I'm trying to change the region to something other than metal beta (go back to what we originally had) but I'm not able to. I can switch between metal beta servers but it won't let me switch to the original ones (us west oregon)

Hello,
All Hobby users deployments have been diverted to metal, if you need a region other than metal you would want to be on Pro, especially since you have a user base.
Additionally, the lower speeds are likely due to using the public network instead of the private network to connect to the database.
