Your "Primary" and "Worker" services are failing to deploy because all services on the Free plan must have App Sleeping (serverless) enabled. You can turn this on in each service's Settings under the Deploy section, then redeploy. Note that the Free plan also includes only $1/month in usage credit, so depending on your workload you may want to consider upgrading to Hobby ($5/month with $5 of included usage) for always-on services.

App Sleeping is enabled now, but the Primary and Worker services haven't been redeployed since the earlier failures. Trigger a new deployment for each (you can use the command palette with Ctrl/Cmd+K and select "Deploy latest commit") and they should deploy successfully.
