Trying to mount a volume to US-West

Just created/attached a new volume (/usr/src/app/logs) to my new Node/Express server instance.

Deployment fails with the message that I can't mount to a non-Metal region. However, I'm in US-West (marked as Metal?).

Please advise?

It looks to me like the service is in US-West non-metal. Can you check the service region again? Thanks
