I know for. fact these cards of minee are valid , they're not prepaid, is anyone else having this issue? Can someone please help im trying to upgrade to hobby due to memory constraints on free tier

I have checked and there is no mass increase of failed payments for this specific reason, only you are facing this.

and on that front, if stripe says your card number is incorrect then there is nothing we can do about that, you will have to use a correct card.
