Trying to understand why my build takes so long

Hey team, I'm having an issue where my deployment builds take 20+ minutes. Here is one sample deployment id cc48fcf8-f25e-4c2a-858e-b12dd65ad16b .

Maybe something I misconfigured? 🤷‍♂️
