I would read through the getting started guide: Quick Start Tutorial | Railway Docs
The steps shouldn't be different if you're on a phone than if you're on any other computer.

If your app is on GitHub, you can deploy by connecting to the repository. That's probably what I would suggest as it enables things like automatic deploys, updates, and PR environments (preview environments before pushing to production).
