I have two custom subdomains on the same service, both stuck at "Validating domain ownership." DNS is on Cloudflare with proxy OFF. Railway's own status shows DNS_RECORD_STATUS_PROPAGATED for both. Service is deployed and healthy.
I've tried: remove/re-add, full delete of both domain and CNAME then re-add from scratch, redeploying the service, and trying a completely different subdomain. Same result every time.
No CAA records, no DNSSEC, no stale _acme-challenge records. ACME challenge path returns 404 from railway-edge (not redirected). Cloudflare SSL mode is Full. No certs have ever been issued for this domain per crt.sh.
Original attempts were 3 weeks ago, so LE rate limits are long expired.
Is there something stuck on Railway's backend that needs a manual kick?

Hi, we're aware of an issue affecting custom domain operations right now. I've raised it with our engineering team and we will investigate the issue. Really sorry for the inconvenience here!

Hey! We've re-triggered certificate issuance for both domains. Your CNAME records are set up correctly, but you're missing the TXT verification records. In the Railway dashboard, click the domain to see the required DNS records, and add the TXT record shown there to your Cloudflare DNS (make sure proxy is off for it too). Once those propagate, the domains should be fully verified and serving. Let us know if you run into any issues!
