Two orphaned backend records on our production environment, both unmanageable via API/UI:

An environment patch stuck in APPLYING (its worker died referencing a since-deleted volume): patch 1625de08-721b-4834-b625-d4bdbbbf5001

A ghost volume attached to a service in the API but not visible in the UI (can't delete it): volume 7f37976a-ceb2-4a9d-9d21-e095bf7a90de (tcg-api-volume, us-west2, mounted /data on service 6863cfb2-f937-4a89-a794-94375e416cfd). volumeDelete returns success but doesn't remove it.
