I know there are similar threads about this, but it seems that I am struck with the same issue - DNS has propogated and the values are correct (by the looks of it) but the 404 is still happening, so I probably need a re-issuance.
Is this something that I'm going to experience often with Railway?

Your DNS records are correct and fully propagated, but the certificate verification workflow stalled before your DNS was in place and never re-ran. We've started a certificate re-issuance for your domain, which should complete within a few minutes. This is not something you should expect to experience regularly.
