Chances are they are trying to directly send out an email via SMTP. SMTP is blocked on Hobby plan and below.

Running typebot should still definitely be possible on the Hobby plan, did you setup the project yourself or deploy a template?

There should've been some required variables depending on the project to setup SMTP credentials from an external provider (e.g. mailgun, sendgrid, brevo) which would suffice for that use case.

SMTP is not available on the Hobby plan.

Deployed template. I used my own e-mail domain (it's elwadi@cari-cuan.digital).
