Hello Railway Support,
I am using a Railway Pro workspace and trying to invite new members to join my team as Admins or Members.
However, whenever I invite someone who has never had a Railway account before, they encounter an issue during the sign-in process. Even after selecting “Continue with Google” and signing in with the correct Gmail account that received the invitation, they are redirected back to the Railway login page, where they are asked to choose between “Continue with GitHub” and “Continue with Google” again.
The URL displays the following error: GOOGLE_CONNECTION_FAILED.
This prevents them from creating an account and accepting my workspace invitation.
Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue and advise me on how to resolve it?
Thank you for your assistance.

We're sorry for the trouble. As part of our recovery after the October 21 incident, new account signups are currently paused, and we don't have a date yet for turning them back on. People who have never had a Railway account can't create one while the pause is in place, and that includes people you've invited.
We're still monitoring recovery, and you can follow updates at Railway Recovery after October 21 Incident.
