Unable to access my workspace

When i try to access my workspace it never load. infact nothing is working. when i upgrade to paid plan i got charged twice. this is the error log:

Your account has two Hobby plan subscriptions that were created seconds apart, which is causing the workspace loading error. This is a billing system issue on our end that requires us to remove the duplicate subscription. We've done so and you should receive a refund for the duplicate charge within 5-10 business days. Let us know if you still have issues.
