Unable to access Railway account – request to switch authentication / verify ownership

Hello Railway Support,

I’m reaching out because I’m locked out of my Railway account. The login was tied to a Google email that has been permanently deleted by Google, and I have no way to authenticate through that provider anymore.

I need access urgently because there is a client’s production database running on Railway. The account was still in the free trial stage, so no payment method was ever added and there is no card on file.

Please let me know what information you need to confirm ownership and proceed with an account recovery or an authentication method change (e.g., verification via deployment history, project/service details, domain verification, logs, etc.). I can provide whatever is required.
