Hello Railway community,
I recently started experiencing issues when accessing Railway. After logging into Railway and attempting to open my dashboard, the service becomes extremely slow or completely unresponsive. The dashboard never finishes loading and eventually results in a browser timeout error.
To rule out local issues, I have tested multiple browsers and devices, but the problem persists across all of them.
At the moment, I am unable to access my dashboard or manage my project, which is affecting my work.
Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if there are any known service disruptions or account-related problems that might be causing it?

Sorry you're hitting this. To dig in I need a couple of things:
- The email on the affected account, so I can check it for anything unusual (e.g. a very large number of projects/services that can slow dashboard rendering).
- If you can, a HAR capture of the page hanging (DevTools > Network > export HAR) and the output of our Network Diagnostics tool: https://docs.railway.com/networking/troubleshooting/network-diagnostics
It's also worth a quick look at https://status.railway.com in case this lines up with anything ongoing. Send those over and I'll trace it.
