Whenever I try to access my website on railway, I get a cloudflare bad gateway problem and in the http logs on the railway side I get:
"failed to forward request to upstream: connection refused"
My app is sveltekit run through turborepo. I run it on port 3000 and in railway have set the env variable PORT to 3000. The website works locally when I run it.
