I am trying to add the custom domain nghenhac.xyz to my deployed project on Railway. However, the domain cannot be added successfully.

The system fails to verify or bind the domain, even though the domain is active and accessible when visited directly in a browser.

This seems similar to an issue reported by other users where custom domains cannot be added after deleting them previously.
