I once configure but be mistake I have removed railway app from github and new I want to configure again but it does not work now, when i click on button "configure github account" it does not do anything

After removing the Railway GitHub App, you need to reinstall it directly from GitHub before the "Configure GitHub Account" button on Railway will work. Go to github.com/apps/railway-app, click "Install", and grant it access to the repositories you want to deploy. Once installed, return to Railway and you should be able to connect your repos.
