Unable to connect to Postgres Data UI

The system is unable to connect to the database. Also, I am unable to connect to the database through pgadmin app. My payments are clear.

No I have not redeployed the database. The last time, the app was used was in January 2024. Today while checking, found this issue.

Unless you have severely missconfigured something, nothing would happen to the data, would you care to share why you think anything would happen?
