we have a postgres db in staging environment,

all the suddenly at 3pm Malaysia time just now

it cannot be connected

thing I done:

• restart service
• redeploy service
• restart the DB service
• redeploy the DB service

the stack is been done by months, untouched

suddenlt this happen

We have a lot of angry customers now. tq
