DB is working fine.

service is working fine.

Just not able to connect to the Postgres server via the Railway UI.

Access via psql is working fine.

I read the previous threads, but none of them list any resolution or they are not valid as I didn't change anything.

Your Postgres service's latest deployment is stuck in an INITIALIZING state, which is why the Database tab in the UI can't establish a connection. Try redeploying the Postgres service - you can do this from the service's three-dot menu or by pressing Cmd/Ctrl+K and selecting "Redeploy source image" to pull a fresh image.

There was a minor update available, which I deployed.

Apart from that, I don't see any issues on the UI

Quick update with what we found. Your Postgres database is healthy and your data is fine. The "Attempting to connect..." hang on the Database tab is not a problem with your service or your image. No action needed on your side. We are working to address the underlying problem with the database tab for this service. Apologies for the inconvenience.
