Hi, I have a query regarding my company's workspace projects. I am able to create services like GitHub, and more without any issues, but I’m unable to create or deploy a database. Whenever I try to create and add a database, I receive the following error message:
“Failed to Deploy Postgres/Redis: Not Authorized.”
I have attached a screenshot for reference. Please check and let me know how this can be resolved.

8 in that project but also if any project have 0 services also its returning same thing.

Hey, I have escalated this thread to the team. Just one more thing, is this exclusive to new databases or also new code services?

It's not exclusive to databases. I'm also unable to create templates. I can deploy code services from existing GitHub repos without issues, but I get authorization errors when trying to create:
- New databases (Postgres/Redis)
- New templates
Both return "Not Authorized" errors. Only GitHub-based code services deploy successfully with my current workspace permissions.
