Unable to delete a ghost project named propylee-backend (No services)

Hello Railway Support Team,

I am encountering an issue with a ghost project in my Railway workspace and I need your assistance to remove it.

Here is the situation:

I accidentally created a project named propylee-backend.

This project shows “No services” and contains no deployments, no environments, and no integrations.

The project appears in my dashboard alongside my real project empowering-inspiration, which contains the actual backend and MCP-Server-Agent services.

The ghost project is interfering with GitHub integration and preventing Railway from detecting new commits on my real backend.

I attempted to delete it through Project Settings, but the Danger Zone / Delete Project option does not appear.

I also tried reconnecting GitHub and adjusting repository access, but the ghost project still cannot be removed from the UI.

It seems this project is stuck in a corrupted or incomplete state, and I have no way to delete it myself.

Could you please manually delete the project named “propylee-backend” (the one with No services) from my Railway workspace?

This will allow me to restore proper GitHub integration and deploy updates to my real backend project.

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,

Philippe

If the Delete Project option isn't appearing in the dashboard's Project Settings, you can delete the project using the Railway CLI instead by running railway delete and selecting the project when prompted.
