Unable to deploy a new repo, why is that?

I imported a repo from github with a package.json and js file. But it's not getting deployed here, how come?

Have you tried clicking on Make a deployment to get started ?

yea you'll have to upgrade to hobby plan to deploy code on Railway unfortunately
