Hello,

I am unable to deploy a valid Django project from a private GitHub repository.

The build has failed four consecutive times across multiple builder nodes. Each attempt stops after approximately 4–6 seconds during “Build image.”

Railpack never starts, no build plan is generated, and the build logs contain only the scheduling/build initialization output.

Railway’s automated diagnosis states that this is a build-pipeline infrastructure issue and not a problem with the repository, code, or configuration.

Details:

Plan: Hobby

Project: distinguished-rebirth

Service: ciberra

Environment: production

Source: Private GitHub repository

Framework: Django 6.0.6

Latest commit: ff29c57

Failure stage: Build > Build image

Please investigate why the Metal builder is aborting before Railpack runs.

I have attached a screenshot of the infrastructure-error diagnosis and can provide the project, service, and deployment IDs.

Try disconnect and reconnect the repo and redeploy, also, I think the screenshot you've attached aren't visible in this thread
