Unable to deploy

I am unable to deploy. It always says "There was an error deploying from source." Can I get some help please?

You are on a limited trial, this can happen when your GitHub does not qualify you for a full trial, that can be caused by your GitHub account being too new or not having enough activity, this is not something that can be re-appealed, the only path forward here would be for you to upgrade to a paid plan.
