Deployment for MySQL is failing during build with error:

“This service requires a volume to be mounted at /var/lib/mysql. Please attach a volume to the service and try again.”

This currently happen to me, and when i upgraded my plan to hobby ($5/mo) it still showing like this and the db won't deploy.

This db isn't belongs to me (im just member who have edit access). Is it need for the owner to upgrade his plan?

Yes the workspace this is mysql service is on would need to upgrade to the hobby or pro plan
