I'm just trying to deploy a Postgres database in a new environment. I was able to deploy Redis and tested with Mongo (don't need it, just deployed to test) and both work. I just can't deploy Postgres.
I tried by going to the canvas > Create > Database > Postgres.
I also tried with canvas > right click > Templates > PostgreSQL > Deploy Template but ended up with "Failed to deploy template \n Failed to fetch"

(You'll notice 2 services are crashed, this is because they depend on Postgres)
I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, seems to be an issue that's out of my control. Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to last night, yes. I refreshed the page, closed the browser and opened it again, and still had that problem.
However this morning I tried it again (probably 8 hours later) and it worked! So nothing else needed on my end.
