Unable to deploy services

We are unable to deploy services to Railway.

Initially caught on a custom Forgejo workflow.

Tried with:

railway deployment redeploy
railway up
Redeploy thru the dashboard (redeploy latest deployment)

Railway CLI version: 4.27.2

Output from railway deployment redeploy:

Failed to fetch: error sending request for url (https://backboard.railway.com/graphql/v2)
Caused by:
    0: error sending request for url (https://backboard.railway.com/graphql/v2)
    1: operation timed out

Output from railway up:

Indexing...
Uploading...
error sending request for url (https://backboard.railway.com/project/REDADCTED/environment/REDACTED/up?serviceId=REDACTED)
Caused by:
    operation timed out
