Hi all, I am absolutely new to all of this I apologise in advance for having done anything wrong and silly!

So, I have created three html files, one of which is a client server that links to a database using node. Initially, the database was on phpMyAdmin but I have created a database in mysql on railway and have since updated it to link to it. I have then updated the config and index files and have made sure to locally see that the database works, and it does. I have created a repository on git hub and deployed it on railway, adding mysql as a variable. Currently, however, the deployed page shows a blank page with text "your reading card" (which is part of my index.js code) but not an html page which I renamed as index.html and it is in the root and not in the public file. However, when I try to udpate the index.js to show the index.html I then get a bad gateway message. I am absolutely lost, have tried everything. I am getting very frsutrated as I just want to be able to deply my website. I have no knoweldge of programming. Can you please help me? I am happy to add all the files I have.
