I tried connecting my account to Slack, but it tried connecting to a user that is unable to add apps to our workspace. Now it won't disconnect so I can re-connect with my account.

Hey Michael,
We offer Slack support for Enterprise customers, but I'm confused about what you're asking here with adding apps to your Workspace. Are you talking about your github account by chance?

No, it is the Slack setting under Account Integrations. Is says I am connected as Amelia Bond, but that is not me. When I click the trash can, it clears for a split second and then shows the connection again. I was able to get a trace id for the error after clicking the trash can: "8607649404736645359". Not sure if that helps.

Hey Micheal,
I have gone ahead and removed that association from our system. You should be able to link your correct Slack account now.

Thank you! I was able to reconnect, but when doing so I got an Error authenticating with slack error. My account does show that it is linked with the correct account tho.
