Unable to Download Files from Volume - Need Export/Backup Assistance

Hello Railway Support Team,

I need assistance downloading/exporting data from a volume attached to my Railway service. I've tried multiple methods without success and would appreciate your help.

Project Details:

Project Name: dazzling-respect

Project ID:

Service Name: SoundClassifiers_v10

Service ID:

Volume Name:

Volume ID:

Volume Mount Path: /data

Environment: production

Issue:

I need to download all files from the volume to migrate data from Railway to local folder.

I tried Railway CLI run command, and Railway CLI shell command, but couldn't access to the terminal yet.

Also I can't find the terminal in the Railway deployed dashboard.

Please let me know hwo to fix that issue

Hi,

To access the shell you need to right click your service and click "Copy SSH command". Is that all you need to solve this issue?
