Unable to enter card info when subscribing to Hobby plan

I'm trying to subscribe to the $5/month Hobby plan. However, the credit card input field is uneditable — I can't click, type, or autofill. I've tried multiple browsers (Chrome/Edge) and incognito mode. No extensions are running. Please advise or help me unlock full access so I can deploy.
