I got UNABLE_TO_GET_ISSUER_CERT_LOCALLY when requesting outside network. Since I am using the template created by Lobe Chat themselves so I am not sure what is happening inside.

Looks like your local application's certificate store is failing to get the issuer cert, which makes it impossible to call your mcp server. You'll need to fix this on your application.
