unable to live resize

Hi
I am unable to resize one of my databased. size is above 185gb but wont let me resize to 500gb. Option is greyed out.
Why is this?

The self-serve volume resize limit on the Pro plan is 250GB. Sizes above that require a manual increase from our side. Could you confirm you'd like this volume's limit raised to 500GB so we can get that processed for you?
