Gmail is known to block plain auth from non residential IP addresses

Also, If I create a collection in Hoppscotch in the server running on railway will the collection be persistent ? I am planning it to be used by 4 of our team members

if setup correctly with a volume and or a database, data should persist

I am no set up at all, I am using docker image with just one environement variable as port , It works on local machine but does not work on railway when I login
