I'm trying to mount a volume attached to a service in its same non-metal region (us-west1) in Hobby plan.

Service deployment fails with the following message:

Your plan can only deploy to a single region. Please upgrade to Pro to deploy to multiple regions.

Am I doing something incorrect?
