Unable to move projects between Project Groups (Directories)

Hi Railway Support,

I have two project groups (directories) named x1 and x2. I want to move the projects currently inside x2 over to x1.

I am trying to use the "Project Transfer" option in the settings, but the dropdown menu/combobox appears empty. It asks me to select a project, but no projects are listed to choose from, even though x2 contains active projects.

Could you please help me resolve this or guide me on the correct way to transfer projects between these groups?

You can only transfer projects between different workspaces where you have administrator permissions in.

I'm not too sure what you mean by "group."

I have full admin privileges in the projects.

You need admin in the workspace, not just the project.

All projects are automatically managed from a single account, and I'm already the admin. Why would I give myself extra privileges?

You need admin privileges in both the source and destination workspace.

Also, I think you're mistaking a workspace and a project.

Again, as I mentioned, you need to be in two active workspaces while having admin privileges in both workspaces to be able to transfer projects.

You can't transfer projects if you're only in one workspace.
