I’m able to resolve the URL just fine. Try clearing your local DNS cache, or using a different device/network, or use a VPN.

Also, the URL is returning a 404. Make sure your service is online and healthy.

i found solution by using Chatgpt,
netsh interface ipv4 set dns name="Wi-Fi" static 8.8.8.8
netsh interface ipv4 add dns name="Wi-Fi" 8.8.4.4 index=2
ipconfig /flushdns
