Unable to reassign URL

I am trying to connect api.mydomain to a service in my project, but it is showing up as "unavailable". I've tried to determine which other service has this domain attached but it appears to be attached to none of them. I know what service it used to be attached to, but that one does not have it set up anymore.

Must have been a temporary glitch, its now showing as attached to that service again.
