Unable to Retrieve Previously Purchased Domain After Recreating Account

I deleted my account and recreated it using the same email address. Long story

However, I had already purchased and set up a domain on the previous account, and I’m now unable to retrieve or access it again from the new account.

Could someone please help me out here?
