Unable to start executions after manual trigger - No logs

I have multiple apps deployed which works on cron job schedule. Last 2 months I see they are not triggered through cron at all.
Even after manual trigger I am not able to see any logs. Could you please suggest why I am not able to see any logs for executions.

Check for any running corn jobs ..open the service -> Executions -> look for anything still running..check for timezone mismatch
