Unable to Transfer Project Between Workspaces - Transfer Dropdown Not Showing Target Workspace

Description:

I'm trying to transfer my project "sublime-connection" from my Hobby account to a Pro workspace, but I'm unable to complete the transfer.

Current Situation:

  • My account: Hobby tier
  • Target workspace: Pro tier (company account)
  • Status: I'm already a confirmed team member of the Pro workspace

The Problem: When I go to my project's Settings → General → Transfer, the transfer popup appears but the target Pro workspace does not show up in the workspace dropdown. The dropdown appears empty or doesn't display the Pro workspace I need to transfer to.

Additional Context: I cannot upgrade my Hobby account to Pro at this time due to payment card issues (card being rejected). I need the project transferred to the existing Pro workspace so the company can manage it under their account.

What I Need: Please help me transfer the project "sublime-connection" to the Pro workspace, or advise if there's a workaround given my current situation.

Project transfers require both the source and destination workspaces to have an active subscription, per our transfer documentation. Your Hobby workspace subscription is currently inactive (in trial), which is likely why the Pro workspace does not appear in the transfer dropdown. You would need to activate your Hobby subscription first, or alternatively have an Admin of the Pro workspace create a new project there and redeploy your services directly into it.
