After selecting deploy with Hobby and entering my card details I am unable to click on the Subscribe button

unfortunately there isn't, only debit and credit cards

whereabouts do you live? i know for a fact that companies like paypal offer a debit card option for their accounts so that could possibly be an option.

That would count as pre-paid, and thus, we wouldn't support it.

outta curiosity, why would that count as a pre-paid card, and how is that different from a regular bank account? both can be spent on a physical card and can be used like a bank card. and money can be transferred to and from the accounts aswell?

I am personally not sure, it's determined by Stripe, not by us.
