Unable to upgrade to Hobby Plan, Card Payment Issue

Whenever I try to upgrade to hobby plan I get an error saying "PaymentError: Your card was declined."
I have tried to pay multiple times but I always get the same error ☹

Heya, this is usually an issue with your bank, you could try contacting them and see if they're blocking your transactions.
