Unable to upgrade to pro plan

I tried clicking on upgrade to pro plan button it it is loading and not doing/showing after that.

I got an email with a invoice due after upgrading to Pro plan?


It been more than 1 month or so since I have migrated to Metal but so far I haven't noticed any reduction in the bill so far.

and as for the resources usage it almost the same as compare to GCP

A couple points:

  1. The discount only applies to networking and storage. CPU/RAM costs will stay the same

  2. The discount is only applied to your final bill, not to the estimated bill as shown on the Railway Dashboard.

  3. Railway does not advertise itself as being explicitly cheaper than GCP. For most workloads, it can be. But for others it will be more expensive. It’s all up to how you use the platform

But as I understand, isn't that exempted with the minimum spend of $20 for resources.

When I was only hobby plan, I didn't get charged for the monthly plan 🤔

I am unable to downgrade to hobby plan:

I got notified via email, when one of my service crashed due to memory.

But later it turns out that my account has been moved to trial plan.


Would have been nice if I got notified if my account billing was being changed.


The resource usage as shown in "usage" page seems to be different from what I can see in the "Observability" page
